They are undoubtedly a reference among the bands that at the beginning of the 80s were able to reverse the fortunes of a genre in crisis. The history of this band is an important link between generations of musicians and fans, allowing for a certain continuity. 'Live Blood' encloses it, immortalizing a journey through the most representative and in some ways also iconic songs, such as the distant 'Euthanasia' for example, a song that alone embodies an era.
The main trunk to which TOPT are clinging is, although distant, still the blues, and this has characterized them since the beginning, allowing them variations on the scale of greater or lesser aggressiveness depending on the periods. Many have been expecting a live album from today's Tygers for a long time, if only to share its energy. Fans' expectations are often generated by strange perceptions, as if they felt the moment was right for an act of devotion. Proving them right, 'Live Blood' therefore celebrates a close-knit band, enriched by musicians with different stories and backgrounds, perfectly describing what an incendiary live show from the Whitley Bay band means. Finally, the contribution given by Jack Meille, who has been on vocals for years, is not insignificant and by Francesco Marras, extraordinary on the guitar.
