Translation:

On "Live blood", recorded in Wales this summer, it sounds noticeably more NWOBHM about The Whitley Bay Band. Of course, this is partly due to older material being aired, but also to the sound image. "Edge of the world" from the above-mentioned record sounds less modern live. Happily, the live feel is strong, which as you know is not always the case with live albums. The relatively bare mix makes the step less big between the classic hard rock from the past and the more recent approach and the quintet also moves seamlessly and unhindered between songs.

Iacopo "Jack" Meille does both the older and the younger material justice, but can sometimes be a bit too nasal in appearance. Other musicians behave as can be expected from them and especially the tight riffing is especially commendable. The sense of presence is fairly solid and "Live blood" should be able to please both old and new fans.
