Since Iacopo Meille took over the singing mic in Tygers Of Pan Tang in 2004 they experienced a real breath of fresh air.
In fact, they are now for the first time now a world-class band, rather than a stable but little striking constellation amongst the NWOBHM.
So it has its justification with a compilation album built just around the albums "Animal instinct" (2008), "Ambush" (2012),
“Tygers Of Pan Tang” (2016) and “Ritual.” (2019), each of the four as a whole is admittedly more exciting than their hottest feature
gathered in the same place. At the same time the uninitiated can hardly complain about the introduction including gold grains such as
"Glad rags", "Destiny", "Let it burn" and "Hot blooded", and the bitten, complete fanatic can rejoice at the first a B-side of a single "What you say" and
newly written “Plug me in.” So, everyone wins. Sound? Meaty, melodic hard rock not entirely different from the one on the band's first really brilliant
record "The cage" (1982). Or to compare with something newer (well), Pink Cream 69.
